Downey Off-Road Front Skid

Downey has a front skid plate available, their web page has a picture of the prototype on their test truck (lucky owner gets free stuff!?). Anyway, it looks decent, certainly better than the stock Al add-on, and is $185 (less than Mr. T's). I was wondering, has anybody seen one for real? How is the fit and does it, or look as if it might, interfere with any of the aftermarket bumpers?

I took a peek at Downey's skid plate, looks good but seems a little narrow. No?
