Door LATCH removal (1 Viewer)

Door LATCH removal???

....98 4runner with electric locks, vibrates due to broken plastic that is molded onto rotating latch assembly...

....so i know how to get into the door, and get to loosen the latch, but how do i get it out? The window guide rail is in the way and does not appear to be easily convinced to move so i can get latch out....any suggestions appreciated...

You are probably going to have to remove the window and guide to get out the latch.

For a 2002, should be the same or real similar.
