Door Hinge Creak

My driver side hinge creaks bad on my '09 LC. I tried lubing the hinges, but I still can't get the issue solved. Any suggestions?

You're sure it is the hinge and not the door check (the thing in the center of your photo, above the corrugated rubber tube)? Door checks wear out and can cause noise.

If it is the check, they are not terribly expensive or hard to replace. Definitely a DIY fix if you are somewhat handy and have tools. Pull door panel, remove speaker, swap door check by sticking your arm in the hole where the speaker was, reassemble speaker, reassemble door panel.
