Should I fill this in with bondo?

What is best way of repairing this? Just look for a used door or get a new door skin? Does insurance exclude off roading damage? How hard is it to hang a new door if I can find one that matches my color. Everything still works on door and it can open and close properly

That's waaaaay outside the definition of "ding". And, if you mention offroading to your agent, you're a fool. "I came out of wally world and some deletirious numbskull had damaged my mall cruiser". "My wife was...er....servicing...nah, that wouldn't work. Tell em you found it dented. Pay the deductible, it's gonna be the cheapest way out.

I was being a little sarcastic. Anybody have any directions on how to take the door panel off and beat the dent out.

Most door panels pop off with clips every 6 or so inches around the sides and bottom. My 94 also has three screws (large Phillips head) around the door pull and arm rest area, and a small screw that holds the door latch cover. Once you get the door panel off, you may need to remove a plastic film covering the opening. If you are careful, you can reapply the film (helps in sound reduction)

Happy hammering!

You have to remove the switches and the trim around inside door handle. Do a search for a speaker change write up in the 100 section. It comes off pretty easily, about 5 mins with a phillips head screw driver and something flat to pry off the clips. With that said, i dont think you'll be able to get much hamming done from the inside. There are only a few holes that give you access to the outer door skin. Good luck.

type of plunger i bet you could 'rent' one at an auto store.. take that plastic trim off and it might work

search for a door on car-part.com buy a used door and save yourself countless hours of frustration.
