This is "Doc", one of the residents at the Cosper Home where Deb works, we kinda adopted him or he us.. Flew gliders on D Day.(Google it) Was a veterinarian. He had to be taken by ambulance and his kidneys are faltering, he refused dialysis.....Say a prayer.
Butch

I can appreciate what he is going through, as my kidneys have continued to decline in function because of a genetics related disease. I have chosen to get prepared for dialysis, but I am not looking forward to it; I watched my mother as she suffered through several of her dialysis sessions, and always wished we could find a way to properly and easily correct kidney issues...

My prayers go out for "Doc" and all others who are facing these same issues...

Butch, isn't this the gentleman we met at the WT Family Reunion last year? We had a great time playing BINGO with him - he's quite a character. We wish him the best and can only support his decision. It's good to know your own mind on these things and I applaud him for that. All our best to Doc!

Yes indeed he's that gentelman that we met last year Daryl!

a Prayer for Doc!

Yes I knew a number of ya'll had met him, why I posted this......great guy and has just adopted us.

The day this pic was taken, Doc went for ride in the ATV Andrea driving they were gone a while, to the point we were getting concerned...turns out Doc wanted to drive.....he told me on the way home that evening he had felt more alive that day than he had in 10 yrs. Doc can't walk over 4 or 5 steps so he mostly rides a scooter.
It was one of Lily's birthday deals at the farm Kowboy was present.

He is a wonderful man to spend time with. Wish him the best.

Ditto, I remember him well from the last WT family reunion.
I keep all my friends and "family" in my prayers. If y'all go by and see him, please tell him we all wish him well.
Nick

Doc passed from this world this morning.....

...that's some sad news!

I will always remember him!

It was my first WT Family reunion when I had the opportunity to meet him.

I can't forget that!

A blessed man who led a successful life.
I hope I can do half as well as Doc White.
Rest in Peace.
Big thanks to the Baker Clan for sharing this gentleman with all of us.
Happy Trails! N

Doc passed from this world this morning.....
