They 24 bolt, 5/16 steel plate rings. They weld to the inside of the outerlip( where it recesses), and the outer ring bolts to that with the tire bead in between. I am selling them for $45 a set for the first run!! That is the rings only, hardware is an additional $20. Once I recieve 10 orders, I'll make a run of them.
