The ecu/ecu wiring checks out, which includes the switch.. the 'power to diff lock' has power at the ecu.. The actuator runs on a 9v battery forward and backward..
But plug it in in the back.. anndd nothing happens..

dunno if I need to rip aaalll the wiring out for the rear end.. if someone that knows more about it than me could help..?

it's an 04, 4wd, trd, xtra-cab tacoma
 
And if anyone knows how to wire the actuator directly from the ecu, that would be a nice fix as well, I'll search that also but if someone already knows....
 
I don't know how to delete a post but you can ignore this thread, I fixed it.
 
Run the wiring

I would highly suggest running the wiring the way the factory intended it to be set up with one exception, the speed lock out.
I put mine in and had to run all new wiring as my factory wiring harness did not have the diff lock wiring in it.
