Did ARB make fender flares?

I see them listed sometimes but ARB says they don't make them. Am I missing something?

That's what I thought. I was entertaining the idea of picking up a set that a guy was selling. He has everything but the mounting hardware so I tried contacting ARB to see if it was still possible to get it. Their response confused me...:

In my 12years of employement here at ARB I have never seen an ARB fender flare. Where did you purchase the items?
Do they have the ARB logo or is it perhaps a Bush Ranger brand product?
