Yeah the 101 North! :D

I finally picked up my sliders from Hanna after 3 weeks of being finished. I couldve had it delivered but that wouldnt be fun - its really a chance to get away from the tribe.

Met Ken Hanna and Amando! It was worth a half day trip to meet these guys. We chatted about LCs and past trails they did - all good stuff. Im pretty sure Ill be buying my rear bumper from Ken but not so soon yet. ;) Quality guy and soon to find out quality work on the sliders.

The sliders will be under wraps until I find some time to get underneath my truck.

Pics of the smoke from the coast below. Early AM Coastal Ventura smelled like salt and smoke. And Dave, Lake Cachuma might not be a good idea unless you like ash with your air. Did not see any problem with the exit ramp to Slovang and the Marriot seen to still have rooms in case you dont want to sleep in a tent. :D Pismo and SLOs sky and air was clear and clean.

I hope to still meet you (Dave) if youre passing thru the Magic Mountain area.
Stamp date 12 hours behind. :D

Congrats Alan. The peace of mind when wheeling with sliders is a great thing I am sure you will enjoy.

Right on dude, thanks for the mini pre-run. Yeah we are already on PLAN B for Cachuma. We're heading straight to Pismo with a stop in Solvang for lunch along the way.

As far as magic mtn.. im not heading that way at all. Im meeting up near LAX, then heading up from there via 405, 101.

Have fun then.
Just save the stuff and Ill probably meet you sometime when Im at Yorba Linda during this month.
