Diagnostic port?

Does the 70 series in any version have any type of diagnostics? I know that obd2 is a us requirement, so just checking since none of the ones here are original us vehicles. Since people have imported from different parts of the world, just curious.

I believe the LJ's from Japan have a crude diagnostic code, something with the number of engine light flashing or something like that. Dont know about later models. I'm sure newer ones get them, especially from 2007 on.

Post 1999 70 Series have an OBD II port below the dash.

Pre-1999 70 Series do not. Except, maybe, JDM LJ78s and KZJ78s, which had EFI engines.
