Complete head with 275,000 miles. The engine suffered from a blown rod.
The cam journals look really good, infact the entire head looks very good. There is a small blemish on cylinder 6 but nothing to be concerned with. See the close up picture.
Anytime you remove a cylinder head you should at least have the head cleaned, inspected and decked for flatness. Probably a good idea to have a valve job, and setup the valve shims before installing on your engine.
