Who is planning on being there? I will actually be able to make this one, taking the afternoon off to do some personal bizz in GJ so will be able to attend. Whats on the agenda for this meeting? Doug.

We will be having a meeting, sorry for the delayed response, got stuck in the woods..... I'll send an email out too.
Agenda:
Elections: Nominees are Jonathan Harris (Pres) and Ace Brown (VP). Write in candidates welcome.
2013 Planning. I was thinking of bringing a calendar in and we could start putting actual dates on it. I'll pull up the planning thread when we discuss.
Trip Reports: If anyone has a trip report to share it is welcome. I think it worked out well last meeting. I have a projector to use. Please bring images on a Flash Drive or CD or we can pull then up on the web. I will be giving a report on the weekends events.
If I'm missing anything feel free to add.

Yes it was a good meeting, great turnout too. Thanks Jonathan and Ace for stepping up to the plate for the club, were in good hands.
