As I sit here writing my final email as the VP and Events Coordinator for 406 Cruisers, I'm really excited about the future of the club. It will be four years ago this coming February that I made the first calls to the TLCA requesting info about starting a chapter. After speaking with Scott at Dark Horse, friends at Ressler and Jon Bowser, I was convinced that there might be a couple of people interested in a Toyota club. Soon after, I met Stephen in the Home Depot parking lot. I actually stalked him a little, but he too had been wanting to start a local chapter.

Fast forward to the present. Our chapter has 50 plus members, almost a dozen local sponsors offering discounts and some of the most knowledgable Toyota enthusiasts in the country. We have been on dozens of trail rides, taken part in trail clean-up's and even did some charity work for children. It has truly been an honor getting to know all of you, and being part of such a great group of guys and gals. Although I am stepping down to grow my relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, I will certainly still be an active member of the club!!

This month's meeting will be held at Overland Cruisers at 7pm on Tuesday, December 12th. We will be collecting all of the gifts for our adopted children from the Gallatin Valley Big Brothers and Big Sisters. If you would like to participate in this program, please email me back and I will get you lined up with a kid! Hope to see you all there.

TC, may I be the first to thank you for all your time, dedication, and enthusiasm! I am confident in saying 406 Cruisers would not be what it is today without you. But don't think you're getting outta here that easy...I figure it'll take at least 2 years to properly train your successor.

Thanks Lax!

TC, thanks for all of the time, energy, money, and trail carnage you gave to make this club so great. Your leadership will be missed! Thanks for letting me ride along at times so I could go while my Cruiser is being built. (Well, now the wife says it’s her cruiser)Anyhow, thanks so much!
