Great photos Amando. I just hope this year's trip is as good as that one. I still wonder what Dana is explaining to Roberto and Carolina.:D

Great pics.

We are going in April.

How much gas will we need?

Stoneman,

Bring one jerry can as a backup. We have never needed the extra gas. But this year it seems that we'll be doing a bit more driving.

Regards

Alvaro

That line up pic of the 20 odd trucks is great...

Phew, glad my gas prices aren't as steep as the Valley prices.

Are these pics the same as the movie--"Death Valley Daze" ?

Thanks for sharing as always dudes.

Amando,

As usual - awesome pics. :)
Perfect appetizer to get the juices flowing for DV6!

Onur - Yes, still pics from the same trip as that epic action flick

Fantastic. From those pics, there only 'appears' to be one place where a stock rig might struggle a bit.

Looking forward to this!

That looks like a cool trip, how do I sign up I want to go.

The lads were just playing around a little.

Is that the story you're sticking with?

:D

I was almost guiled into that same spot...but given the fresh plug in the tire, I opted to go around.

What, no hot springs? Did you just drive by? I needed a report!

I second this, he was tricked. The group leader clearly showed that the line was to the right. Even NorCalDoug got it right. When Scott got to the spot, Alvaro was blocking the correct line and directing traffic up the rock waterfall. I think Roberto made it up that without the benifit of lockers, but shortly after that his rear suspension fell out of the truck. Scott got spotted into the loose dirt to the side and couldn't get traction. Alvaro swears to this day that he was "helping" Scott, but the rest of us are not buying it.

This year we'll have Scott spot Alvaro up that same waterfall, only Alvaro will be blindfolded. I hope Jay has the camera rolling.:D

This time, my camcorder's microphone will be on and I would need to have Roberto to translate what Alvaro is swearing (in spanish, of course) on this rock waterfall.

Cheers,
