Ok here's an idea. Why don't we have a joint run between E4W and YT. Then we will be guaranteed to get a decent turn out. And the few people in YT will get a chance to wheel this property.

So it may have been a blessin... i went to fix the steering arm studs and had to take it all apart finding rust and water logged grease in the knuckle... well guess those studs may have been broken a for a while..
