Deactivating the "TRC"

Bought my FJ 8 months ago after taking advise from here. I am glad i did. Find very comfortable for my long daily commutes in Saudi Arbia where i am stationed. Mine is a 2009 and came with a cool 6 CD changer, subwoofer and rear view camera. Toyota is the main player here in Saudi. Lots of nice cruiderand the legenday FJ 70 and LC 75 still in production and mainly used by police and bedoiuns.

When I press the button to deactivate the TRC it is reactivating along above 50-60 Km/hr. Is this norma ? Anyways around it ?

I believe it is normal for this to happen. I also bought a 2009 FJC and it does the samething. Most likely a safety feature that Toyota has.

Anyway around it ? Would reallty like to keep it off at times ....
