The leather on top of my front dash is loose and bubbling up in the middle. I can tuck it back down, but the problem recurs when it gets hot. Any suggestions for which adhesive to use and how to hold it down long enough for the adhesive to dry?

On my 98 I used a two part epoxy for plastic, it’s been holding well for the last few months. I put some wood blocks and wedged it under the windshield for the seam near the windshield.
