Came with the rig I bought. I was told this was a Mt. Rainier, but having done measuring I believe it is a Mt. Bachelor 2 person which retails for $1,375. Awnings start at $275 and are currently not available.
Closed is 48x48", open is 48"x96". CVT website says sleeping should be 48"x96", I didn't climb all the way in just pushed my measuring tape down to the end and it looks to be more 93" realistically.
Overall in good shape. Photo of the awning in it's container is in the reply to this post. I can roll it out and take photos if necessary.
