So i had a cv boot slip off the tripod after changing my diffdrop on the fj to a different style. I am running high stretch, high angle inner boots from a company here in aus. Im just wondering if its possible if i cut the original clamp off and slide it back on, could i simply then fit a worm drive clamp on it to hold it in place? Just until i have the time and money to get it to the mech
