well, I'm pleasantly surprised. I cut some acrylic sheets on my radial saw today. I was bracing myself for problems, flaking of edges etc and was already thinking about what tape to use and all, and if that's not enough, what alternative tools. But no. I put on a fine tooth blade and it worked flawlessly. Nice clean cuts. No flaking whatsoever. Slight bits of rolled over plastic that you can just rub off. Perfect.

Nice!

Life is good!

Oh, and the :princess: got some new shelves for the fridge! Life is gonna get better still hopefully.... :D

Teeth per inch on the blade?

guessing, looking at it, maybe 150 teeth on a 7 1/2" blade. Maybe 7 tpi?
