Here is the second batch I finally got finished after my slight delay, thanks to the little "skinner" knife. Anyone at Roundup remember the 'Knife Guy'...well here they are...finally finished.

Again all are 440C stainless steel with solid Zebra wood scales (handles) and custom fit/molded Kydex sheaths with 360 degree belt loop clips.

PM me for more information. :D

I love nice knives. Very cool. Can you engrave a pitbull in it's death throes on the blade for me? That would be sweet. How much moola for such a fine looking piece of art? Can you make one with ATS-34 steel instead of the 440C? I like the top two, the left one especially. Very nice.

I want one of those knives so I can carve up a fat meatball.

Those are actually nice knifes. I dig custom knives.

I got a custom knife..........

So, do you think that would make it past airline security? Well, you see, it's an old family heirloom, officer, a shark sculpture actually....:D I wonder who sits down and thinks these things up. TX_TLC seems mentally stable and made some sweet knives. On the other hand, whoever made that shark setup needs a vacation and professional observation.

Actually, I have no intent to carve up meatballs. I kid, I kid....

Yup made them in my single car - make shift woodworking shop and auto repair/maintence center! :D I have not tried any ATS34 steel. I will have to look into that.

Shark - I sent you a pm

And thank you for the "seems mentally stable"...

I got into making them last year as gifts. Rolled out four in a month - just doing them nights/weekend spare time. Donated one for the LSLC Roundup raffle this March.

Just another expensive hobby...one of many! :D

What kind of heat treat are you doing? Do you send them off, or have an oven? Any estimate on hardness on the edge as opposed to the spine? How do you cut you blades out, with a plasma, or bandsaw, and then profile grind them? Ever do flat grinds? Keep up the good work.

Did you hand forge the blades?

Don't have metal skills, I stick to the wood. I source the blades from a metal guy online. They are 440C stainless steel with hollow ground edge.

I wish I had the money to get into that side of it also but can't afford another expensive habbit! :D

TTT= It is Christmas time!!!! Knives make the perfect gift!
