don't know if this is kosher or not to post this here but i just wanted to share the good deal i found on custom machine work. Shop called He-Man Fab in Tennessee, call Ryan at 931-635-3255. He machined my 14B hubs and axle flanges down to fit 6 on 5.5, plus pressed in new studs (that i provided) and tapped 6 of the old stud holes on back of each hubs to bolt on brake rotors for $80 total! He also made me a beef Toyota D-shaft flange for $125. He can also make adapters from scratch for less than you can buy them anywhere, 7075 links, pretty much anything cheap as dirt.
