Cruising on Main, Manchester, CT August 7th 2016

I know it is a long way out from now but I wanted to plant the seed.

Each year my family and I go we never see a single LC there. Zilch, none, nada one. We could not make it with the truck last year because of all the carb issues. Now fixed and running great, just had our one year anniversary with the J60. I plan on going this year and wanted to see if we could make a serious presence there.

The show has a huge turn out each year.

Cruisin' On Main - Manchester, Connecticut

Registration, $10.00, starts at 0800 and the show is 1100-1500 (11AM-3PM)

Just a quick reminder. Cruisin on Main is this Sunday the 7th. Rain date the 14th.

I am not affiliated just going with my FJ60 and I have never seen another LC there.

Sorry just saw this now. I was there all day.

I did see Carl (?) or someone there with the FJ45 kit from Tolland. Sorry I am terrible with names. Huge turn out at the show. I have never seen it so packed with cars and spectators.

I was amazed at how many stopped to look at my 60. The "my dad had one of those" to the "you never see those". All ages and genders.

I will keep your number if you ever want want to meet up. So rare in the area to see anyone.

yea I had a good time and it was nice to see Toyotas, I think there was four total, your 60 my 45 and two very nice lifted short bed pickups I also was amazed on how many people said they never seen a FJ pickup,

Sweet! that's cool guys. I wish I had remembered to look late in the week as I did think of it Thurs or Fri. Bummer. It only crossed my mind because I heard a radio station I was listening too while out in the driveway with my 60... they said 800 cars! But that was 12:15ish and I had to figure just getting near to the main show would be near impossible. Ah, well. Yes, keep my number, send me a text. Would be awesome to have some locals to bat things off of, as you said, it IS rare to see anyone around.
