I saw the registration in the new Toyota Trails magazine too (thanks Spot). I emailed G.K. and got a spot reserved for us in the Friday Toyota only guided tour. I'm waiting till the last minute to decide wether or not to leave the top off. The Friday run is about 4-6 hours and there is a small raffle afterwards. I'll get there first thing Friday morning and hopefully get a camp site. If anyone cannot find a site give me a call, always room for one more.

We are leaving tomorrow for Cruisin the woods via San Francisco. I'll have the yellow SSC flag on my CB antennae, and a chest full of cold ones. Looking forward to getting some mud on the tires. see ya there.

Good times

Well that was fun. There was a lot of people there, weather was great, and I won a 8000 lbs. winch @ the raffle! Made some good friends and learned a lot about lockers. I think my alternator is shot; either that or my new Red Top Optima "died". "Had to" Stop and get a yellow top to run my new winch:) I'll worry about the other one later. I rode along with Oregon Cruisers (Sue, Mitch, Chad, Carlos, with Matt & Natalie, Kevin, and Jay) out of Bend. We had every Cruiser except the 45. The 2 80's in the group had some serious get up and were great to watch. I've downloaded the pics into an album if interested. There were some cruisers there that belong in a museum and were out on the trails. I did the Toyota only run on friday, then my wife, aunt, and 9 month old son joined me for the poker run (pair of 10's:censor:) on Sat. One of these days I'll get to meet someone from SSC!!

Sapper,
It was a lot of fun wheeling with you and your family on Saturday! I was very happy to see you win the winch. Hopefully we will get a chance to all get out again someday soon. I'd would definitely like to see that photoalbum. Maybe you can PM me the link.
