Assuming a core charge is required for a rebuilt trans?35010-60A40-84
OGBeno beat me to it.....Assuming a core charge is required for a rebuilt trans?
I saw a lot of junkyard units with 100kmi+ for well over $3k. This is the way.
Would they take an A750f from a Sequoia/4Runner? How carefully do they look? They won’t be taking your A442/A343 as a core unfortunately.

I am also in for just the adapter and stuff minus the controller if possible, going the Haltech route. What controller do you have?
It will work with Haltech over CAN.I am also in for just the adapter and stuff minus the controller if possible, going the Haltech route.
If not I believe the HGM computer will talk Haltech over CAN.
oh man you already have the transmission? I think that makes you the first to have one besides what I’ve ordered for Cruisers & co buildsAwesome, either way transmission is sitting in the garage and waiting to spend some monies
Just needs the extension housing re-sealed and installed! Just a low mile take out, nothing fancy. The remand units do not come with the neutral safety switch. You will want to acquire one from a 2005-2007. Finding part#…

Let's call that 2 left........
And, FYI: there are only 3 reman units available in the US currently.
Chop-chop
Should we sent the transmission to you for the mods, or just do it locally (valve body replacement mainly)?I have from a reliable source they will put more in production when there is demand so don’t panic about being able to buy a reman right now
the low range lever bolt holes are in a different spot also, not a huge deal to make some relocation brackets. there is a rumor that the diesel one has more clutches in 1st gear but i haven't had them both apart side by side.Might as well ask now, would yall, or anyone else know the differences between the 2UZ A750F, versus 1HDFTE versions? Im assuming different bell housings at the minimum but could be wrong.
I still have my 4 speed, but id almost consider going back to an auto if it was an a750f
