Just sold the 80, and this is the first time I have been cruiser less since 2002... Weird feeling, but we gotta do some downsizing as we are moving back to Nashville in the summer, so maybe we'll actually get to go to Golden Mtn... (We do have a 2014 4Runner, does that count as a cruiser these days?) We'll catch y'all next time! I may look for a 40 project once I get there and settled, but none for now... Also, anyone want a 2011 BMW R1200GS with 2700 miles on it?

Nothing wrong with being Cruiserless. 4runner counts as its a Yota at least that's what I tell myself.

How's the kiddo? Been awhile since I've seen you guys.

Eh, she's doing alright... Doing the daycare thing for the first time, and has had some kind of infection for the past 3 months almost straight. Just waiting for spring to see if it continues, or abates....Hopefully we'll be able to make it to something close before we go...

What part of town you moving too? Look forward to seeing you around.

Blow the horn as you go through Knoxville!

South, most likely looking at either Nolensville, or Thompson's Station. What part are you in? I will probably link back up with the STLCA guys if they still meet in Nashville every once and a while...

We are currently over near lavergne but we just closed on 24 acres out near eagleville last month and hope to build in a year or so. Got friends in both of those places. Not sure what your looking for or your budget, but Nolensville, or anywhere in Williamson Co is going to command a premium. If TS is an option you will probably get better bang for your buck in that area.

The Nashville STLCA group is making a comeback. We are kinda thin but seem to be building a good core back up. We don't really have a set date, just kinda throw it up every couple weeks and see who can make it. Check the Nashville meetings thread to see what we are up to.

Yeah, luckily we have some "financial" support in the area, so we are not going 1/2 mil like most of brentwood/franklin has become, but I think we have narrowed down to a few houses in the Nolensville area. It is close enough to my parent's spread off of Split Log Rd that she can do some kid watching, and keep the grandparents happy. Back in the day I used to work in Eagleville occasionally. I was a paramedic at Rutherford Co. EMS, and then at Williamson Medical Center EMS, where I would rotate through the station at Triune, so I am familiar with that area...

Cool, i figured you knew the general lay since you mentioned moving "back" to the area. We looked down around the flat creek / college grove area, but for acreage it was crazy what crossing the county line into Williamson did to pricing. We ended up scoring the farm at an estate auction, bought it on the side of the road one Saturday morning. Price was just good to pass up, and was in the general area we had been looking in.

We have some friends who are probably going to be building in Triune near her parents in the next year or so.

You still in Emergency Services?

I may still work some part time, but I am a full time registered nurse now, actually both my wife and I are RN's, and we are beginning our job search now for a possible move in June isn... Williamson Co. really thinks highly of their property, as a matter of fact I can remember when people used to have 37027 license plates to show they lived in Brentwood... That snobby...
