OK everyone.... I need to start getting a head count of those that want to come and do the CPR/ First class on February 4th down here in the Escondido area. Not sure what time I'm looking at, it depends on the amount of folks wanting to take the class. Trying to keep the cost down as well...so please get back to me as soon as possible. Family is invited too!

Can I add three more to my list? Jen wants to attend also with her mom and brother. We want them more knowledgeable for when they are taking care of Owen. I'll bring him to for a training prop! Jen also wanted me to ask if this would count for CEUs???
 
Sure on the family.... great idea. Will look in to see if I can get CEU from the college.
 
At this moment I count a grand total of 19 awesome folks wanting to do the class. I'll be firming up location and time next week and send out some preliminary info to you all.
 
Ok we are just about two weeks from the class. I got some prices back for the stuff we need for the class.
Pocket mask- $8
E card from AHA $5

This is only $13 bucks for the class. But here is the kicker....it will take longer. I know everyone has busy days so I can speed the class along with a online teaching tutorial through the AHA but the cost of that is $28 bucks!!! Steep but basically if we add it all together it's $41 bucks!!! If we do the only class and have it done when we meet it's a bit of practice and then test your skills and done with CPR so more time for first aid. I just need some input for the group who have signed up to which way they want to go....Just say 13 or 41 in your reply and know which way your voting.

Also Jared.... tell Jen I can't get CEU's for her....sorry....:frown:

More updates!!!! The location of the CPR class will be at Milo's compound in Escondido with plenty of parking. Start time will be at 1330 or 1:30 pm for all the non military time folks. Class should last about 3 to 4 hours for all parts of it. So you may say..."Jeff that means we are ending at 5:30 and I eat around that time..." Well, our amazing Vice President has offered up his the back yard and grill to do a small BBQ with friends afterwards!!!! :bounce::bounce2::bounce::bounce2::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap::clap: You will need to bring your main meat and a side to share, plus any beverage you want to consume. Next question is how many people are we talking about? 19 folks are signed up so hoping we have that many come!!! Let me know if you have any additional questions!!!
