Premise #1 ..... I am a computer dufus so please use small words and structure your response where a 3rd grader can understand it.

What happened to the CP icon ( the one that allowed someone to change personal items like avatars, signatures etc.)?

upper right, select your Username...the popup box allows you to select a few options...click your username again, and the main user panel opens
