The place has always been kept up very well and we are pretty proud of it.....just time to move on. The property is very close to atv and snowmobile trails. Across the street is National Forest with tons of logging roads, mud, rustic camping, hunting, etc. 3 minute drive from town.

Are the two trailers on splitable lots?

you could but you'd want to make sure it is with a family member or someone you're friends with....the two places are pretty visible from one-another.

heres a visual....you come up the driveway on the right side of the property. when you get to the top (~15ft gradual incline) the newer trailer, swingset, screen tent, tree house ect are on the left. if you continue up the driveway a little (past the sauna on the right) you get to the top trailer which is toward the back side of the property. i'd say the higher level is about 20 ft higher than the road. also on the top is a turn-around area that would be good for a big garage.
feel free to swing in any time to look around...no gate is up.
