Robert and I have a beach condo available for rent when we aren't using it. If you are interested here is the link:

Rates are

$80/night during the week
$95/night on weekends
$110/night on holiday weekends
$400/5 night rental
$550 weekly
$1100 monthly (includes all bills)

There is a $30/stay cleaning fee and a $10/stay check in fee.
