It says 2019 and newer. Is the center console different starting in 2019?

Aside from a cool box model outside of US those internal console dimensions are all the same 10-21
This looks like a very well made product to add some security. I just contacted them and they said basically they make these products based on demand (must be a lot of demand for 2019+ I guess?).
