sorry to bring you down. just letting you know it's not paradise. it's beautiful, but mountain property is high$ and traffic around denver, which is where the decent paying jobs are sucks. grand junction is a quickly growing city, less than a stone's throw from moab, but has a minimum wage mentality (as in, that's what you'll make).

i used to love denver, but traffic and "hoa lifestyles" has soured my view quickly. i'd love to get the hell outta here, but so many rigs and a new mortgage keep that from happening right now.
