Hey all- I usually live in the 60's forum but I also have an 02 v6 4x4 DC tacoma. It is my wifes DD and I went to start it last week and when it started you could hear a bunch of clatter- and then after about 5 seconds it went away. The truck has 100k on it, It was cold , but we live in North Carolina in the mountains so it was maybe in the low 30's- Will an oil pan heater fix this issue? or should I trade it in to the dealer? any help is appreciated.
I did have mobil 1 10w30 and then switched it 5w30.
