booked a cabin (err... "kottage")at Twin grove today!!!! just need to register for the event. Even convinced my dad to trailer down the 80 with his tundra :D. It was either that or spend the week in a house with his 4 sister in laws at home (didn't take much convincing). It'll be him, the wife and I. Summer couldn't come sooner.

question - does anyone know if dogs are allowed at the park? I thought i saw something on their website the other day saying they are not allowed, but now i can't seem to find it.

I know I've seen dogs there. I think the official line is that they have to be leashed.

I know I've seen dogs unleashed.

I don't know how they would find out or what they would do if they did or what the liability would be if your dog bit someone.

Thanks Ordoman,
Sounds like dogs are allowed when accompanied by a little common sense.
We have plans to have the dogs watched while we're gone, just planning contingencies for that "oh s***, now what..." moment before the trip.

Yes! And I have to say that the dogs I saw there were very well trained and well behaved.

We even had one couple bring a fake roll out lawn to take their 2 dogs for walks.

I hope I don't run out of gas this year. That was a little embarrassing last year.
