It is a fun family place which offers dynamic guided tours, interactive exhibits and other exciting activities for all ages. See http://www.wmmi.orgfor details and ticket prices.
ALSO – Weather Permitting on Sunday, April 22. If we can garner 3 or more interested folks planning to be in the area through Sunday, trail leaders are ready to take a group through the EAGLE ROCK trail (our clubs’ adopted trail just above Colorado Springs on Gold Camp Road). Or we may decide to go instead to CHINAMAN GULCH near Buena Vista. This is about a two-hour trek from the Springs, but is well worth the trip if the weather is cooperating. The decision about which trail to attempt will be made during the delegates meeting. A signup sheet for either or both trails will be available at the registration desk, along with Sunday morning meeting place(s) and time(s).
We look forward to seeing you at the Delegate’s meeting!
