Yesterday I just happened to run into Bob Bennett the Wyoming State Dirrector for Bureau of Land Management. I had a chance to talk with him and he gave me his card and said it would be ok to make an appointment to talk with him in another two weeks. Nick... are you able to come up? We could use your help.
