Hey all, was hoping to get some suggestions or for someone to find an error or something ive missed while dealing with this issue on my hzj75.
Slave or master cylinder shat itself on the way home so i replaced both, while bleeding ive gotten the pedal to maintain a bit of pressure but its only about half as stiff as it used to be and its also not enough to disengage the clutch enough to change gears while car is running.
I bled the master cylinder on the car (cracked the outlet hose while my helper depressed the clutch and i made sure fluid came out before nipping it back up).
I then bled at the nipple on the slave probably a good 15-20 times and i cant get it to hold any more pressure.
I feel like just continuing with the same method is not the right answer but im running out of ideas. Thanks in advance!
