Hey guys-
I put a Marlin heavy duty clutch in my '90 V6 minitruck. To get the clutch to disengage I had to adjust the pedal free play all the way out, and I have to put the pedal all the way on the floor to be able to shift. I have the feeling that even with the pedal on the floor, there is some torque being trasmitted through the clutch making for accelerated syncro wear. Certainly I have noticed syncro wear since the clutch/new tranny went in this August.
What is the bore on the 40/60 masters? Does anyone know if the mounting pattern is the same? Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks
