Cleaning MAF 1999 Taco V6

So I searched, and found that it could be the source of the problem. Truck won't go over 50mph on hwy, CEL on. However I am needing more specific info how to clean MAF. I have to explain it to a friend that lives in a different town, he is not very mechanically inclined. If anyone has a picture that would be great. even a link to the right post I am looking for. Planning on doing full tune up Plugs, wires airfilter, fuel filte,r and oil change just to set baseline, and cover all bases. Any help Appreciated
