I am always looking on CL becouse the deals that somtimes pop up on there are amazing. Last week I bought a 2008 "GT" mountian bike from a girl on CL when I got there it tuned out not to be a GT but instead a mongoose canaan built with full xt kit and xtr rear d. It has a fox 100 in front, and fox in the back. wtb rims, and kenda tubeless tire. the bike had two flats so I did'nt test ride it but I knew what I had so I offered $475 (she was asking $500) She took it. And then she found a thule bike rack and a pair of shoes to go with egg beater peds. I was pretty happy. I got it home aired it up and found that the bike was to big for me. I guess that a mongoose M is 18" I ride a 16-17" Any way, I guess I will put all the parts on another frame, when I find one. untill then I am going to put what I can on my voodoo (it is not a disk conpatable frame)
If you have a 16" or 17" disk compatible hard tail frame I am interested. I also have a nice mongoose canaan elight frame for sale or trade.
