I didn't ever get around to painting it. It took me nearly 2 months of rolling it around with the floor jack to give in and finally put some casters on the front. I went too small though and they don't roll over extension cords worth a damn. I will be up at the shop again in a two weeks and will probably paint it then.
BTW, having used it for a while now, I really can't think of much I would change. If it were any bigger it would be a royal PITA to move around the shop, and if it were smaller it wouldn't hold everything. The only thing I'm thinking of adding is a power strip so that I can plug in multiple tools at the same time and only have one extension cord feeding the cart.
