:o I have started replacing all of my vacuum hoses and when i am done i would like to check to see how much vacuum i have and for any leaks.
Where should i hook up a vacuum gauge at and what should my readings be?

Randy three words and one name,
factory service manual, and cruiserdan,
for my 92 it was less than $50.

I get 11-12" at 650 RPM when warm. Seems a bit low so I guess I have the same question. Pick a port on the intake manifold. I monitor mine on one of the two larger ports near the front just behind the hose that goes over to the smog pump. I checked the small ports at the top near the inlet and they appear to be before the throttle plate so at idle they are near zero (my recollection).
