iam looking for a cheap but good winch any ideas? i got about 350 to spend on one. i was thinking it needs to be at least a 8k to 12k.

IMHO, you would be better off putting in a front locker before getting a winch. Also, as heavy as the FJ55 is, you might think about a 9,000 lb.
