Fox Mid Travel Coilovers (Fox part number FOX-883-02-025) with AllPro Off-Road Uniball UCA
Up to 3" of lift for 2nd and 3rd Gen Tacoma, or 4th Gen 4Runner

Coilovers are in great shape, need nothing but to be installed and adjusted to your desired height.
Bushings in UCA's are in great shape, ready to run.
Uniball in UCA's are a little worn.

These came off your 08 Tacoma? I have a 09, not wanting to lift, maybe an inch.

Mainly want to beef up front end ride quality.... what’s your opinion?

The spring rate and valving on this set was perfect for my 08, V6 with stock front bumper.
I had them right at 2.5” over stock height, but they adjust up and down pretty easily.
In my experience coilovers handle the front end so much better than struts in their ability to absorb and react to small as well as large waves of compression and rebound.

I added an ARB & winch to my truck, and went to 650 lb springs on a set valved a little stiffer.
It still doesn’t ride quite as smooth and controlled as it did before going to the new stuff, but it’s no secret that adding and managing weight is always a compromise.
