Central Ontario Trail Curious

Hi all,

I'm new to the list, so I'm not sure if this the correct place to post this.

I'm also new to 4-wheeling and I'm trying to collect trail location and info in Central Ontario (Huntsville, Parry Sound, etc.). It seems as though trail information around these parts is coveted information. I'm not part of a club and I find that I often wheel alone (I like the adventure and freedom).

I would like to know where good trail heads are because there are numerous logging roads on Crown land (gov't owned) in these parts. Are there notoriuos (i.e rubicon) trails in Central Ontaio?

I was born in TO , but I have no idea of the trails there anymore ... maybe a guy here by the name of CDN_Cruiser can help steer you towards a club or something ...

I too am interested on the location of these trails if anyone could give some info it would be greatly appreciated.. I have heard about Ardbeg in Ontario but where do the trails start..? and finish..

Hey guys, the Ardbeg trail near Parry Sound starts just outside of Ardbeg and is basically a drive in so far and turn around and drive out trail. Our club the Upper Canada Cruisers does a yearly run to this trail the weekend before labour day. We also do a spring and fall run to different trails. We are going to Bobcaygen this spring. You are more than welcome to come out to a meeting and or join us on one of our runs. Send me PM if you would like more info.

Let me know, too. I run around Soo Ontario a lot. Parry Sound is across the lake (Huron) from me, but I may be interested in going there if the trails are like the ones in Soo.
