Newbie post and newbie owner. Just took my 95' out for her first winter run in the high country. My old ride was an 07 Nissan frontier 4x4 with lift kit and Toyos, and cold air intake and custom exhaust which treated me very well, got through a few of situations I probably shouldn't have and had a lot of power. That truck is gone and now I recently picked up a 95 Landcruiser. I feel unstoppable. I took her into the deep snow and it's as if she knew and the torque kicked in and kept me rolling, I was effortlessly pushing through snow that should have had me second guessing my decision to drive into it. I Don't even have great tires, Big O Bigfoot from 8 years ago, what can I say other than I cannot wait to add a few minor things to this truck and drive it for a very long time. There are things about the FJ80 that I don't fully understand but so far I LOVE what I have experienced. My 0-60mph has fallen but my belief in my vehicle in tough situations has jumped off the charts! YeaBuddy!
