cb lo cation on a tundra

I have a 2002 tundra and i want to install a cb radio,
Can someone tell me where you installed yours and where did you placed the antenna?

I had a 2way radio in mine. I removed the console insert and added a bracket to mount the radio but not a recommended long term clean fit.
The antenna though is still mounted, pic attached, using an L bracket and screwed into the front fender and cable run into the cab through existing hole in firewall. Yes it's 2 holes but...there is always a magnetic mounted antenna option you can stick on the roof and run the cable in through the door or there may be a rubber plug in the rear lower part of the cab that a guy can get it back into the cab.
It's always a bugger to have to cut holes.
