Cb + am/fm radio?

Is it possible to have a CB with an am/fm radio? I'm sure there will be a compromise of some sort...which is acceptable. I know the cb/am/fm antenna is a compromise so the radio likely will be too.

I've google searched and have not turned anything up. Maybe I just haven't landed on the secret recipe of word combinations to search. Any info is much appreciated.

I don't have any experience with it, but would imagine it would do what you want it to.

I vaguely recall that there was such a dog's breakfast device back in the 1970s. Can't recall the brand, but like most such things, I do recall it really didn't succeed at doing anything well. Probably of no interest except for a radio collector at this point, even if you come across one.

I know radioshack made these for sure. I think my grandfather used to have one in the motor home.
