I know this topic came up in another thread somewhere, but darned if I can't find it now.

So here is how that new legislation is shaking out. I received this message via email from Atlanta Toyota. This is the link included in the message header.

No one is coming to seize your prized Land Cruiser. It's a rebate program to encourage folks to turn in their old vehicles on a new lease or purchase.
 
I thought I read something on mud too, the junk yard are up in arms because I think it was a crime to salvage engines, transmissions, etc. related to clunkers.
