Carlisle Truck Show this weekend (1 Viewer)

Didn't know if anyone was planning on heading down to the Carlisle Truck show this weekend. I can on make it down on Sunday, so I am going to bring the 4 Runner down and putz around on the rock course that Rasuch Creek has set up. Maybe see someone I know I'll probably be surrounded by a lot of Jeepers.

How was the truck show? Did the Runner get a workout?

The show was ok, there was very little to be seen in the show field and the swap meet, but the rock crawling was good. Of course I was the only one in a sea of Jeeps, but the 4 Runner did great. One of the Spotters said to go over an area I had not scoped out and he jsut said why don't you take that line, well that line had a good 3 foot drop off and was off camber. the front started to drop and the rea came way up, tapped the brakes and she started to do a front endo, luckily I remembered to get my foot off the brake and hit the gas. The truck did walk down it then. i would have sucked flopping the truck right there since ther was about 50 people not too far away and if the truck had gone over it would have landed on them I think. i was defiantely s***ting my pants on that part

Only breakage was the washer resivoir, no idea how it broke, but I saw a puddle and thought that it was the radiator, but it was blue, so I am goo to go for next time.

Now I am going to start working on the axle and suspension for swapping in when the front does break.
